Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My first year there it was only maintenance problems .. a MESS moving in from scrap left by painters and carpeters and appliances/heat that never did work right. Right after I signed for the 2nd year, at a whopper increase in rent, it got crazy. I complained aboud tree limbs falling where some children played and got a ration of ----. Then they "lost" a rent check (after it was cashed) and screwed up my credit. Every other month, it seemed, there ws another eviction notice on my door. When sewage backed up into the dishwasher, it was somehow my fault.
Nice neighbors, though, except for a wife-and-kid abuser across the courtyard.
