Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
i lived in the garden complex for 2 years......i loved it.....thick concrete walls.....huge balcony.....they allow dogs....large rooms.....but maintaince sucked....nothing i ever called about got fixed....and the pet deposit is one month rent.......i would have stayed overall....but they're kicking everyone out in the garden apartments due to "renovations"....so now i have to find a new place.....i didn't even hear about it from them.....i had to hear about it from a neigboring apartment builing thru the mail, trying to get me to switch over there....since they heard that they where no longer re-newing leases......if it wasn't for that.....i would of only had a months notice, that i had to pack up and leave....:(
