Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
Large rooms in older big complex but nil newer improvements are ever made and the maintaince is poor and slow, i. e. leaking fogged-up windows, old old hallway carpeting, 20 year old rusty washing machines, faded outside paint etc. Car break-ins and car theft is often commonplace. Bug and pest infestations often occur.
