We need a fresh start with a new manager and office administrators.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
The manager is not helpful at all. The girls in the office are generally a pain to deal with. The maintenance response is slow and shiftless. It took me a month before the management and maintenance provided a basic level of service. The manager smoking a cigar does not care about helping residents and solving problems. The office has a handful of incompetents.
