I have lived here for 2 years and it has gotten much better in the last couple months. The management company is doing improvements. I love sitting on my balcony and watching the boats. I have recommended my friends here also. It is easy to go to Philly for work too.

i live here and i would love to know what improvements that u have seen. the only improvement here is the playground...and how small it is. and let's not forget they put the playground in the back corner near the broken gate. and on the other side of that broken gate is a drug motel. lots of hookers and drug dealers over there. and let's not forget about last summers bomb scare which kept me out of my apt. for 24 hours. there are no improvements...unless you count the improvement in managements ability to con everyone out of extra money through made up utility bills

Not only do they try and get extra money out of you for your utility bills - but now they con money out of you by saying your rent payment was late. This places just gets worse and worse.
