OMG JUST WHEN YOU THINK THINGS ARE GETTTING BETTER THEY GET WORSE!!!! I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR YEARS NOW, I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE COME AND GO AND DIFFRENT CHANGES THROUGH OUT THE YEARS. THE PAST YEAR WAS HORRIBLE!!! WE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE HERE WHO NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND WOULD GET US ANSWERS ALONG WITH DARRELL AND CORTEZ, THEY RAN HERE AWAY AND THEN I FIND OUT THAT THE OTHER TWO ARE NO LONGER HERE EITHER!!!! THIS IS JUST OUT OF CONTROL I AM FINALLY MOVING OUT THIS YEAR I AM DONE WITH THIS MAN SCREWING US OVER WITH THE UTILITY BILLS AND PROMISING US THINGS HE NEVER DOES. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET SECURITY ALONG TIME AGO, THE HALLWAYS SMELL HORRIBLE AND THERE ARE DRUGS IN AND OUT OF HERE.MY CHILDREN PLAY ON THE PLAYGROUND AND I AM SCARED SOMEONE WILL TAKE THEM OR DO SOMETHING TO THEM. THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS HAVE BEEN EASY I COULD CALL ABOUT SOMEONE IN THE HALLWAY AND MARY WOULD BE THERE OR AT LEAST CALL ME BACK, DARRELL AND CORTEZ ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I MAY OF HAD AFTER SHE LEFT, THIS IS SAD, JUST WHEN YOU THINK THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER, AND LETS NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE RODENTS OR THE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT!!!

I too lived at Water View Court apts. for 10 yrs. I finally had enough of being ripped off from paying up to $150 a month in utility bills alone, and moved out in Feb. 2007. I am in the process of taking the owners to court because they witheld my security deposit, charging me $150 TO CLEAN THE CARPET, along with s past water/sewer bill that I refused to pay. I have tried several attempts to try and get the community to come together and fight the owners in regard to the over priced utility bills, but it was all smoke and no fire. I am happy to see that you moved, but Peter Schwab still hasn't got what he deserves. Hopefully more people like me will make a stand and take him to court and hit him where it hurts; in his pocket...
