The building is old and from what I can see it is all talk about renovations..they do not have enough maintenance people to do a good job...if they start fixing something, they get an emergency call and are called away to stop a flood, or urgent problem and never come back. The manager is very cold and distant..but the rental agents are great and sympathetic. Nothing is being done from what I can see to make it up to code or make us feel the new owners are going to take care of things...even the entrance sign is a 'temporary' cloth sign that doesn't inspire any confidence in their intentions. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
