not a bad place to live...

Centrally located between Phili attractions and Wilmington attractions (and the Baltimore/DC/NY scenes). I lived there for fibve years and do not think it was a bad place to live. They are renovating the Garden View aprtments (the low-rise buidlings). The newly renovated aprtments look very nice, but are getting a bit pricy. A 1 BR aprtment is now 750-800$ plus utilities less heat and hot water. The maintenance people could be a little better...some units in the gardenview apartments don't have heat and will be without for sometime. All in all though I was happy with the place.
