I moved in to the Garden Style apartments early this year. The first thing I noticed were the crooked electric outlets, the hallway smells of mildew occasionally and you can hear everything your neighbors do in the hallway. The apartment I moved into was newly renovated although our heat goes in and out and now it makes this horrible rumbling noise every 3 minutes. Since they started renovating another apartment in the building, I've had roaches. I've never lived in any situation where I've had roaches. My apartment is spotless and there's no reason for pests. They never put our screen door up for the patio door, and our blinds have been broken since we moved in so we can't pull them open from the back door. The rent is rediculous for the living conditions, the manager is not too friendly. The employee's in the office are friendly though. I'm considering looking elsewhere and breaking my lease. All the people in my building have moved besides one neighbor and they are on their way too. I will NOT be renewing my lease.
