Don't pickup discarded property, including glass, etc. in parking lots. Don't bother to keep trees trimmed so full lighting can expose parking lots. (Note: Just off I-95 exit; occasional car thefts.) No enforcement of vehicles parked in entry circles, which block curb cuts (often a problem for handicapped access), in addition to violating fire lane laws. Still advertising 3 pools; third not operating for many years. Likewise, only 2 tennis courts working; middle of 3 has been missing a net for years. Since discharging doormen several years ago, packages (FedEx, etc.) are taken to office where staff sign, but sometimes lose packages, don't know how many are delivered - signed form means recipient can't claim insurance or reimbursement for loss. This problem is not communicated to tenants; those complaining are told it's an "amenity" not covered by tenant lease. Entrance door call buzzer (allowing access to visitors) is often erratic. Poor security since visitors come in and out garbage area unknown to others; doors not property locked. Need I go on' Prior management (before Whitney took over in December, 2004) much better.
