It's best apartments lose hot water about 5% of the time

I lived here for some years and it's really annoying how much they don't have working hot water. Almost like clock work they have had no hot water these past two weekends. There was one time they had no hot water for a whole week. I think their hot water drops out because their too cheap to invest in a new boiler. Don't be fooled by the pretty renovations on the exteriors, the lobbies, the social room (which residents can use for $200 a day!), the updated elevators, the new hallways, and chique management offices. But as long as I've lived here they've never invested a cent on improving the actual living spaces and taking care of basic things like hot water because these are things that prospective new renters don't see until they move in and by that time it's too late. They put lots of money in making a pretty looking cover, but on the inside where you live things are not well.

I agree. The water was always going out because the boilers were not working or they had to shut them off for days at time.
