I have lived here a couple of years. The constant transition of management is the leading reason why property enhancement initiatives are lacking projects. I have to almost harrass the front desk about maintenance issues. They added an guard who will get your car towed (Good judgement and business savvy don't seem to be there strong points). Abandoned cars should be towed not residents or guests of residents. They issued an memorandum to prevent loitering and asked all residents basically to either stay in your apartments or go somewhere to enjoy the sun. Then attempted to have an community barbeque for the residents, huh' To take it a step further they added smoke boxes outside (but don't want you standing outside or loitering, huh'). Last but not least they've added security boxes to dial residents before entering the building, they still don't work. Management rarely returns calls unless you pose as an potential renter. I will say management has been the driving force for me to be a home owner and that is about all I thank them for!
