I WAS a renter at Woodacres apartment in Claymont, DE. Was being the key word here...this apartment place is terrible. The parking stinks, the Management is terrible, maintence was terrible (they once stole from me!!) The entire place is trashy. BE WORNED!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you want a nice apartment complex, its not there!! I NEVER felt safe either, thats a big one!! If you have kids, dont do it, for their sake. Laundry room, dirty as hell!! Never worked either!
