Getting much better

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I've lived here about 3 years now and was planning on moving but new owners took over about a year ago and since then, everything is much better.
There used to be so much crime, break ins, bad kids everywhere tearing stuff up but they aren't taking any crap. A lot of the people I saw starting problems are gone and they have made a lot of changes, if they keep doing this--I'll stay and would recommend Autumn Run.
