Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Price is good for what you get. They have all appliances plus a clubhouse and pool.
Lots of parking. Average size apartments.
Carpeting was in pretty good shape. Apartments are probably about 10 years old.
Area kept clean. Downside would be no playground.
