I lived there for a year, and had to break out of lease due to job relocation. Contacted mgt. to let them know, wrote the 30 day notice, and moved out when I said I would be out (all by the lease guidelines). After having talked to a manager, a new manager came in and had no idea I moved. I received phone call months later stating I owed rent. I think not! Before I moved, I contacted 2 times to have my dishwasher fixed and never had it done.
