The way the maintenance is handled is laughable. There were many times my family and I found ourselves sitting in our living room or bedroom taking on water like a sinking ship after normal hours, only to have an incompetent on-call maintenance man come by, look at the problem and say, â?Yeah, youâve got a leak somewhere.â, then state that there was nothing he could do because he didnât have access to the maintenance room. Hence, we had to sit and wait for weeks on end to get the problems fixed. Only after having written letters to Robino Builders, did we receive any kind of assistance with our water retention. I wonât mention how long it took to get replacement refrigerator.
