I am currently a resident at Baytree Apartments and am very disappointed in my decision to live there. The grounds are hardly kept at all, the noise levels are terrible, and the reply from maintanence usually takes about a week after your initial request if you are lucky. I do not reccommend Baytree to anyone.

Well if you are so disappointed...why are you still there?? I work in the rental business and by law we have up to 30 days to get whatever problem that you may have fixed. So stop thinking that you are the ONLY resident that lives where you live at.
