As you can see, Baytree is in Ghetto Fabluos Land. Just take a drive it will scare the crap out of you. People racing thru the 30 mph and police chasing hoodlums everyday.

The manager of Baytree is another one. This company must really put alot effort in hiring people because she totally lack customer service. DON'T GO IN THE OFFICE IF SHE's HAVING A BAD DAY, SHE"LL CURSE YOU THE HELL OUT>>> But on a serious note maybe the company keeps here there because her profile matches the community...RUN DOWN}}}}}}}}}}

I just had to break my lease because it really felt like the hell hole.. these people charge 920 for a crappy 2Bedroom and they have no sympthy for you. My car was vandalized, they didn't care, my friend's apartment got broken into and they didn't even change the locks...You'll pay to much money for this dump, and come to find out these prices should be for an upscale home but what the hell, I really hope the State of Delaware looks into these people, the are bad news and they will charge you everything I mean everything when leave....

Please may this help those who are looking for a home.... Stay clear from this Vintage Co. and seriously stay clear from Baytree....

I just relocated to the area and was referred to this property and after reading the reviews. I would not like to reside here especially with my family. I am surprised that a member of your staff would respond to any of your reviews in such manner. Shows lack of professionalism. Whether the tenants are rude or lying it does not get management or staff the right to respond in such rude, disrespectful way.
