My apartment had not been cleaned before I moved in. I spent 10 hours cleaning the first day I was here. My faucts were green, the cupboards were covered in grease, and my washing machine leaks water. The sidewlaks are muddy. There are trees growing in the gutters of the club house. There is other peoples junk lying everywhere on the "green". I can't use my balcony because the place lies right next to a swamp. I pay $800 a month for a one bedroom, plus an additional $150 to use the 5 pieces of equipment in the weight room. I'm moving out soon!
