Got in during a rent special so my rent was low for a 2 bed 2 bath ground apartment.

the stove, washer, dryer, and fridge are older but do work.

Very quite area and grounds are kept up.

Never used the pool or very small fitness center.

Only major problem was the dryer makes a loud rubbing noise 70% of the time.

But do beware of your car.

I've had my car broken into once and just recently my girl friends car and two other cars got broken into in one night.

Lighting could be better.

This place is better then most apartments in the area.
