Being from the south, I wasn't accustomed to paying rent this high. But do your research and you'll find EVERYWHERE in Dover is sky high. Maybe it has to do with military grants for living and the large amount of AFB renters''' Anyways... Cedar Chase was nice. Too expensive, but nice. Tucked away, well shaded with tall trees, and still a walk from Wal-mart. Same-day response from maintenance when needed. Yes, the walls/floors are thin, they are in every apartment that's not 100 years old. Great management. deposit returned no hassle. Oh yeah, and EXTREMELY QUIET. Almost eerily quiet. A little too quiet for a 25 yr old bachelor like myself.
