I've lived at Country Village 6 months on the bottom level. The Apartment are adequate in size but not well insulated. Everyday is a challege to drown out noise.
I can't have windows open because of noise and my upstairs neighbor's noise is very loud. I hear every move they make and find it hard to sleep. The recent violent in the building only adds to my not feeling safe.
I find it even more difficult to try and relax because you never know what or who you might encounter.

The office staff is helpful as much as they can be and I do appreciate their efforts

I too have the misfortune of residing here. The people below and above me are just way too noisy and they have no concern for anyone but themselves...sometimes not even themselves..They are constantly fighting, slamming, banging, stomping, playing loud music or the tv to all hours of the day and night nonstop and I cannot take it anymore! I am going to pull my hair out!!! This madness MUST stop! My Wife and I cannot sleep any more. Is it fair that I have to sleep with ear plugs? I have to adjust my sleeping patterns to accomdate them? F no! They should have the common decency to READ THEIR FREAKING LEASE! Anyone who disrupts the peace and quite of other tenants is BREAKING THE LAW!!! Management needs to do a better screening job...

Construction issues. I recently moved into Country Village apsrtments ,and wish i never did. I was promised a move in date which didnt happen they had to put me and my roommates in a hotel for the night ,not to mention that my NEW washer /dry unit leaked all over the place due to a ocntractor issue ..so they said ,then I had sewage backup in my tub for 2 days ,when cleaned out there was condoms all in the bottom of my tub , when calling the office I was told by some lady name Laura that there would be some up there to take care of it and they would also replace my washer /dry unit because it wasnt working properly...no one ever came so i paid a cleaning servicce and my washer/dryer is still broke.I went to office t show copies of my bill Laura SAID we knocked on the door but no one answered. THEY HAVE A KEY ..... Dont move here unless you are looking for a head ach
