If you can live with wildlife running through the walls, squirrels entering your apartment, thoughtless and noisy neighbors, filthy hallways and broken glass littering the parking lot, by all means, rent here.

The management is less than attentive to problems unless you threaten them with legal action. They've allowed the buildings to fall into such disrepair that the only remedy is to bandaid problems because true remediation would require condemenation!
