quiet at night; large rooms; nice balcony views of trees and grass; no major crime or car break-ins; felt adequately safe; attractive country building facades

cons-
walls and floors thin and lacks soundproofing; old and creeky floors; couple of maintenance issues not resolved; must place things in writing to get things done; heat and ac systems are loud and distracting; grounds could be maintained better; tenants or visitors litter in the halls and parking lot; price was a little steep for waht you get; birds nest in the outer walls and can be heard from indoors; laundry room felt abandoned and not well-kept; some apartment features are old and need updating; you have to pay extra for pool and fitness facility.
