I've lived here going on a year and a half, its not really that bad, i will agree sometimes you do hear people upstairs, little annoying but its not an everyday occurance, maybe i just lucked out with the building im in, i did live in the A building, there was some constant weed smoking in that building, the staff i cant complain much about, they have been pretty tip top in coming to fix things, and every neighbor i have had, have been quiet and courteous, but again maybe thats just this building, rent is a little high for a one bedroom apt, but i deal, all and all i say its a decent place to live, its been good for me! some apts, need updating, the closets in general, damn them things. but nothing overly wrong.
