The current management company just took over a few years ago. Since they have replace the windows, sliding glass doors and insulated the attics. I used to have to crank the heat up very high in the winter...now I have to turn it down. The lawn is constantly well groomed and the pool area is progressively being improved. Janet, in the office, is friendly to deal with and worth getting to know. I feel that have a one-on-one relationship with the people that work for your living is only to your benefit. The maintnance men are friendly, fast and work hard at keeping our community livable.

The only problem I have encountered were some very young airemen who seem to think partying with underage girls is the only activity to acknowledge. Parking is a nightmare when these parties occur. However, with a few phone calls to the police the management is very good at keeping people like this at bay or getting them off the property.

We are not allowed small dogs, but the property would be very conducive for dogs.

Overall, I love this place. I a safe and happy hear and will probably not be leaving any time soon!

Think this person is full of horse crap.. and they need to learn how to spell "Airman". Please attend elementary school again. Janet needs to step out of the office every once in a while to get a nice work out, also she is only tricking you just like she does everyone else. Thank you

I don't think the weight of the manager should be an issue, the person that wrote that response is obviously an ignorant, shallow child. Are you one of the immature, party-frenzied airmen?
