not a good place to live at all

they seem right for the price not so bad but we had nothing but problems while living there. The first week i moved in we had a HUGGGEE problem with ants. never seen a kitchen floor where sections were completely black because there were so many ants, and we had just moved in and didnt even have any food in the apt yet. Had a problem with sewage, at one point our apartment as well as all other apartments on the 1st floor in my building had sewage back up and fill up the bathtubs so much to where it overflowed onto the floor. Was by far the most disgusting thing I've ever experience. Management was never a help you always had to call MULTIPLE times in order to get something fixed. Luckily i lived right by the leasing office so after walking in and complaining multiple times they'd finally fix what you needed. Not to mention the drug dealers that lived right in the building across from my building. all in all was very very dissatisfied with the place and believe me there are better apartments out there in dover that are just as cheap but way better managed. oh n one more thing, we could hear the neighbors upstairs do EVERRRYYTHINNGGG and i mean everything, from shutting off their alarm clock, to getting a shower, and even all they're screaming matches.
