I have lived at silvermill for a few years and EVERY year Colonial Investment wants to raise the rent as though they aren't getting enough income . The people in the officea are rude and two faces and don't seem to care what the tenants like or want.
They act like they personally own these apartments, I think the owners should be notified of the people in the office. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
