Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Never ending construction, very noisy, lots of dogs barking, worthless corporate management, maintainance, the "duck pond" is filled with trash and dries out in the summer. prices have become unreasonable!!! did i mention the never ending construction that starts very early in the morning and having to dodge dumptrucks, dust and dirt that blows all over the cars and everything on your balcony. whatever....place is worthless!
