All in all, a nice place. Wasn't bothered by construction noise in my location. Noise between apartments is sometimes an issue. I could hear very clearly between my bedroom and that of an adjoining apt. Also, could often hear loud music of downstairs neighbors. Had problems with mice in kitchen drawers about twice a year. (Apt. maintainence does not include pest control.) Never opened utility closet, so I can't speak to mold problem.

In a nice area, quiet community. I enjoyed living here. Now under new management, who have seemed easier to get in contact with and have been very helpful. Was sorry to leave.
