Had a fantastic apartment. Mine faced the pond. Guess I was lucky. Apartment buildings are clean and kept in good shape. Grassed areas, shrubs, trees all taken care of. Nice pool area. Moved out about a month ago to North Carolina. People are nice. Area is safe and always light up at night. Didn't have any problems with noise.
I would live here again if my company sent me back to Dover.
