Great value for what you get

I live in model C of the 2 bedrooms. The value is very good, the condition of the property is very good as well. The only draw back that I have with the place is the time frame with getting maintainence to come to fix anything. Most of the apartment was updated but somethings needed fixing when I moved in. But new carpet and new paint fixed a lot too.
Overall; 8 out 10. Neighbors are great/fitness room now has after hour access which is good.
Summer pool hours need to be extended.
Water has bad smell due to sulphur
