Big factors here for me were-
-- Dealing with management. Lackadaisical attitude, poor customer concern, failure to respond in a timely manner to concerns.
-- Noise. Construction everywhere. Nearby condos produced multiple children playing around vehicles, management failed to respond-- damage done to multiple vehicles.
-- Apartment cleanliness. When I moved in, apartment was filthy. Homework from previous tenant's kids stacked on shelves with dust covering it. Couldn't have windows open in summer due to dust from construction. This led to enormously high electrical bills.
-- Deceptive advertisement. Advertised gym and pool but charged for access for tenant and family members.
-- Poor design. Living/dining area supported a small couch and small table. Anything outside of that cluttered the living area. Master bedroom was over-sized (nice)but layout lacked any sort of options for bedroom set-up.

You will have very high electric bills here if you prefer any comfort. Management does not address customer concerns or needs. Kitchen was the best thing about this place. Be prepared to do a large amount of cleaning when you move in.

I forgot to add that I receieved my security deposit 4 months after I moved out and 1/10th of what I had put in. When I called, they informed me they didn't know why it was that rate but that they could not do anything to change it.

You say that managment had a poor attitude. Do you feel that way because you did not get the response you wanted? Noise-Did you report the issue with neighboring homes to management? Cleanliness-did you note it and give to the office when you took the apartment? Deceptive advertisement-I have only been charged a $10 deposit for gym card-so that I can use it whenever i want-i will get it back when I move out and return the key card. Poor design-did you see the apartment or floor plan before you moved in?
