The current manager(Marisa)is fabulous - she is kind, caring, concerned, and addresses my issues pretty quickly. The current maintenance staff (Dean) also takes care of things pretty quickly. The grounds are well-kept - walks are salted and shoveled in a timely manner in the winter. The apartments themselves are mostly in good shape for age and rent value. There are some exterior issues to be address, for example siding needs to be replaced; however, having just come out of winter with some pretty heavy windstorms, that's to be expected. The previous management was hard to get in touch with and it was often difficult to get things done - but I have nothing but good things to say about Marisa and Dean.
