Besides your rent going up every time you renew your lease, never having anything work or ever getting it repaired, having to deal with your car getting broken into, and a rude staff. This place isn't too bad. It is better then living in a cardboard box I guess. This place is a dream come true for a realtor. I've had to wait a week to get a working toilot. Both stopped working and the management was told as soon as it happened. They have finally fixed one but not the other. At least after a week I had one toilot that worked. The price of rent is a joke. My dryer and dishwasher still don't work after two years of asking them to be fixed. There is enough room to park as long as you don't mind your car getting broken into at least twice a year. When asked about getting some kind of neighborhood watch they laughed and said yeah we've had a couple of people complain about cars getting broken into. Don't expect much from the staff. I had a package that was overdo so I called the company I order from. They told me who signed for it and that it was delivered a week earlier. I asked the managament and they said no we don't have any packages, we didn't sign for it and tried to ------- off. So I asked nicely again to please look around and what do you know. A closet full of packages addressed to residents and my package sitting right on top. I don't mind them not telling me but the attitude I recieved was just rude. I'm moving out in less then a month and I absolutly can't wait. If I didn't have to wait to close on my house I would be out now and they could keep their 700.00 security deposit.
