(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

minor problems, greatly improved

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Had some minor problems with maintenance over the past 1 1/2 years, however things have greatly improved. Recent staff changes are obvious. Will be moving soon, once our house is completed. Overall, decent place in good location. Fair prices. We were surprised this year when we were offered a senior citizen discount. That was nice. So if you are 55 over older, ask about it.
