(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

Have been here for almost three years. Rooms are big with good closet space. Nice area and you can walk to grocery store and some other stores. Area is fairly well kept. Maintenance is a little slow, but overall average for what I've experienced. People are friendly. Parking is good and area is well lit. We like it.
