After living in two other apartment complexes in the area, in addition to Woodmill, over the past ten years, these apartment are pretty nice. Sometimes maintenance has been slow, but the new management has seemed to change things and there are more maintenance people. You always see not only one or two people around doing things, but lots of people. Some must be hired out like contractors too. There are several renovations being comleted now. The price is fair and lots of things are included. I have always felt safe and the neighbors are for the most part friendly and usually keep to themselves. I'm happy here and this will be the last apartment I live in until building a house in the next year or two.
