(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

we just moved in a week ago and all i can say is thank God we are only here for 3 months. we have had maintenance out here at least 4 times and still nothing is fixed. the dryer takes about 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. we have no screen door. we never have enough hot water and yes the staff is rude
