(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

Had a problem with the dryer vent starting in December. They came out in a few days and vented the dryer into the apartment. however, it is now July and the dryer is still vented into the apartment even after multiple calls to the office.
