Numerous maintenance problems, Didn't have a working washing machine for almost two months. Several calls were made and when maintenance finally showed up they did not fix the problem. After three attempts they finally agreed it could not be repaired. Our dish washer has not worked for almost a year. Furnace problems last year on and off all winter. This is the draftiest place I have ever lived. Windows do not fit the frames. When I looked to see if I could do something about it. I came to realize the problem started with construction. Most of the openings that were made for the windows were made larger than the windows that were installed. The windows are also poor-quality and really do not provide cold weather protection.
We live in one of the buildings that faces S. Farmview Drive. We are more apt to be seen. If this is the best face that can be put on these apartments, I shudder to think of the state of those further in in the complex.
The maintenance staff is inadequate and they are often rude. The people in the office don't have a clue. I find their frequent memos that I find stuck in my door to be annoying at best--they seem to think we're all 12 and this is the first time we have ever lived on our own, instead of fully functioning adults . Maybe we should start sending them memos on how to better manage these projects.

lol thats so funny i used to think the same way when i lived there like they thought we were teenagers that didnt understand adult life there management chics were snobs
