I have lived at Woodmill for 4 months and have had my washer/dryer fixed 4 times and experienced a massive flood in my living room. It has been three weeks since the flood and they have still not completed the work. Their reason is that they have other floods to take care of, seems like a normal occurance. On top of that, while out of my apartment for 4 days, maintenance left my door unlocked. I hope people read this before considering moving to Woodmill!
