Don't Waste Your Money

Where do I begin' This place makes me never want to rent again. Management equates to an ignorant b*tch that doesn't ever seem to do anything but sit on her ass. Every time I called the woman or stopped by the office she always had an excuse on why she couldn't solve my problem. Her favorite excuse, "the computer is down." Please tell my how a renting office of this size has a computer problem daily. Come on lady, obviously you are full of crap. Not only is she a poor excuse of a manager, but also she is rude, condescending, and thinks way to much herself. If you are intrigued by the 24/7 maintenance beware, it doesnt exist. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting something fixed. I was told that even a non-working toilet doesn't qualify for an emergency problem. Excuse me; I didn't realize that having to go to the bathroom wasn't a necessary daily function. Not only did the dryer break on the first day, the fridge and stove also did on the 15th day. I called the office 13 times before they sent somebody out. The man they sent had the same knowledge of the appliance problems as me, none. After not hearing from them about what actions would be taken to solve these issues, I called them only to find out that they don't feel that the problems our severe enough to fix. So I can't use my stove or dryer unless I want my food and clothes to be extra crisp and extra small. The fridge, that is at least 10 years old, sounds like a car engine running in my very own over priced apartment. The sound of running water and odd tapping noises is constant. I can here every foot step, toilet flush, alarm clock, telephone, and conversation from all sides of my apartment. You really do get to know your neighbors. Every time it rains, my patio floods. At least 20 times a day I hear extremely loud music from other tenants, especially from their cars that they like to park and listen to music right outside my window. I hear at least a few car alarms everyday, especially when I'm sleeping. The carpet is horrible, to many to stains; I won't walk barefoot in my own home. The bathrooms are small and exceedingly sickening. I have scrubbed for days and I can't get the mold, mildew, water stains off the outdated shower doors, tub and sink. I strongly advise against renting at this community. Please beware that your hard earned money will go nowhere but down the drain.
