The show room apt is exactly what the name implies your apartment will look nothing like it. The aptartment was dirty when I moved in. The appliance are old. The refrigartor sound like a freight train anytime the compressor come on and off. Maintenance was called on many occasions I was told the the refrigarator kept my food cold so it did its' intend job and would not be replaced or fixed never mind the fact that it woke me up in the middle of the night. Once i flushed my tonight and water was leaking from the base of the tank. It took a week for them to come out to fix it. The windows are drafty and leak when raining which created mold in the carpet it took then over a month and numerous phone calls later to get it fixed. The heat went out on one of the coldest days of the winter. I moved out at the end of my lease and was slamed with hidden fees a month later even though the day I moved out I had them inspect the place and tally up my final rent bill. Hidden fees include shampooing of carpet and painting which any other apartment complex would chump up as normal wear and tear. I was also slammed with a cleaning fee which was really weird because I left the aptartment cleaner than when I moved in to it. this high dollar comunity is a waste of money. The year that I lived there the pool and tennis court was "closed for repair" Please beware
