(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

MONEY PIT - RUN Down behind the scenes

They may look nice on the outside... HOWEVER you need to know what goes on behind the scenes.

Managment never follows up on where maintenance crews are or what they have repaired/completed.

When they DO actually send someone to fix something, he says he is there to fix (for example) a leak that was taken care of a month ago. They do not fix anything in a timely manner. EVERYTHING I have ever submitted to them to be repaired has taken me many phone calls and multiple written requests, and each time they claim they do not have a work order for that repair.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE even if you are BOB VILLA. Trust me go buy an old farm house somewhere it will cost you less in the long run.
