(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

Lousy maintenance, and make you pay for clean up and don't return your depost. stayed 4 years, no clean up or replacement of carpets, noisy neighbours. Poor facilities.
