(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

Managment never follows up on where maintenance crews or what they have repaired/completed.

When they DO actually send someone to fix something, he says he is there to fix (for example) a leak that was taken care of a month ago. They do not fix anything in a timely manner. EVERYTHING I have ever submitted to them to be repaired has taken me many phone calls and multiple written requests, and each time they claim they do not have a work order for AND NEVER BRING ANY TOOLS FOR THE JOBS ON THE ORDER-NEVER !!! Staff is Rude and don't care.
