(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The management is horrible and the place is a dump. I had to call the state inspection agency because there were dead birds in my vents and the management wouldn't do anything about it. I wasn't allowed to move either until after they were formally notified from the state that the apartment was a health risk. They are loud too.
