Have you ever lived in an undeveloped country' One, where the people have zero rights, living conditions are hazardous to your health, and you must fix and build everything yourself. Having your life controlled by corrupt government, or a corrupt management is undesirable to put it nicely. These apartments could possibly destroy your American dream. I urge you to be strong, and thoroughly research where you are going to live before you actually sign any legally binding documents. When I moved in this place, I knew it wasn t paradise but, what occurred in the three years I lived here is unbelievable adventure. If there was a way that I could have been able to afford to move out faster, trust me I would have. One thing this place will make you do is save all your pennies, so that you can move as soon as financially possible. ----- s hands are busy at work in the leasing office, giving you an inviting feeling when you first walk in the door. Look closer, the free dog treats are the cheapest ones on the market, the free lemonade has mold growing in the spout, the workout facility is open only when typical Americans are at a work trying to earn the rent, oh and did I forget to mention that the construction of the buildings is barely up to code. The Hollywood actresses who are paid to sit and answer phones, and sign leases all day are trying to find better jobs, but they just haven t been able to as of yet. Woodmill is a stepping stone for everyone who lives and works here, because it can only get better from here. The positive that will come out of this situation is this; once you finally save enough money to move into a decent place, it will be like paradise. You will enjoy small comforts such as running water, the ability to wash and dry your clothes, heat, A/C, working locks, and your own self worth once again. When you are relocating to Dover, Delaware, Woodmill is one of the first places to pop up on the internet. It looks so nice online, almost like looking at a travel brochure for Iraq. If you didn t know what was actually going on in Iraq, you might possible want to visit there. But now that you are an informed consumer, you will not enter the gates of hell, i.e. Woodmill Apartments. Careful now, watch your step as you look at other apartments, condos and townhomes located Delaware ., as many are actually managed and owned by the same mobsters. Village of Westover, and Baytree apartments are also managed by Robino Management Group, INC. I urge you to educate yourself, as everyone has to make there own informed decisions.
